Self Care for women is always a challenge – even when we’re enlightened to it’s benefits and necessity.
I’m always reminded that I still have work to do when I get sick. I know I have to crawl into bed and rest – and it always starts out that way. But after a quick nap or a couple hours of relaxation (whichever comes first), I find myself thinking about that next step in my business or programs I want to develop. I have to remind myself that I need to focus on my well-being or I’m useless to anyone else – in my personal and professional.
