The dictionary definition of Wellness is:
The state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.
It’s one of those words that gets thrown around as the latest thing to brag about. But the reality is that wellness is a personal goal based on your unique lifestyle and body type.
Most of us gather advice from our friends, co-workers and family and then try that thing that made their weight-loss work or fixed their relationship, and when it doesn’t have the same results for us we throw away the whole idea.
What if we start doing things differently? What if we tweak ideas and solutions before deciding it’s not for us and took out time to enjoy the journey along the way?
