The Importance of Bad Days

Research shows that it’s the negative experiences, the bad days, the awareness of lack that brings creativity.  Think of any invention – they only came to be because there was a lack or a need.

The balance of positive and negative is what keeps us at an even keel.  Being alert to the needs in our lives is what births our creativity.

So the next time you’re having a particularly bad day or something negative happens, view it as an opportunity to create a new life lesson or appreciate it as your growth as an individual!

Today’s Affirmation: I am resilient.  I am learning and creating.
