Today be mindful of two types of honesty: with self and with your relationships.  Our society is okay with those little white lies but remember – what you put out into the Universe, is what comes back to you!

One of the greatest healing and growth tools is honesty.  Own your reality.  Be accountable and responsible for your behaviors and your actions.  What can you be honest about today that you’re normally not?

Friendships are all about having a support system, a tribe of like-minded individuals who make you feel ‘normal’.  One of my rules when it comes to friendships is total honesty.  I want to know that the people who call themselves my friends call my on my BS.  Afterall, aren’t they supposed to want the best for me?  I don’t want them to stand by and watch me do something unhealthy or destructive.

How can you be a better friend and incorporate more honesty into your relationships?  Make sure you let them know what you’re turning a new leaf, however, so that they are prepared for it.
