“I love Life”

With Canadian Thanksgiving just around the corner, it reminds us to focus on what we have to be grateful for.  When you practice gratitude, there is no space for any other emotion.  So for the next few mintues, grab a pen and paper and write down everything you have to be grateful and thankful for.

Then look at your list and Love the life you have!!
