Daily Inspiration – June 17, 2017

We create our own feelings by the thoughts we choose to think.  We have the ability to make different choices and create different experiences.

You can heal what you can feel, so you must allow yourself to feel your feelings – without judgement.

Allow yourself to express your feelings in a safe place and once you’re finished say to yourself “Okay that’s done.  I now release and let it go”

Be gentle with yourself as you learn and move through life.
